🚨 The 14-Day Deadline

You must apply for reissuance within 14 days from the date you discovered the loss. Failure to do so may result in a fine.

ARC Reissuance Process

Step 1. HiKorea Visit Reservation

Walk-ins are not accepted. Visit HiKorea → Visit Reservation to book your slot as soon as possible.

Step 2. Gather Documents

Gather your passport, 30,000 KRW cash, and a new ID photo (white background).

Step 3. In-Person Visit

Visit the immigration office with jurisdiction over your address. Digital applications are NOT available for lost cards.
