병행하다 [byeong-haeng-ha-da]
Vocab: To handle or do two things simultaneously. (Collocation: 일과 육아를 병행하다 - to juggle work and childcare).
마침 [ma-chim]
Adverb: Just in time, luckily, right at that moment. (e.g., 마침 버스가 왔어요 - The bus arrived just in time).
하객 [ha-gaek] vs 조문객 [jo-mun-gaek]
Vocab: 하객 refers to guests attending a congratulatory event (like a wedding). 조문객 (문상객) refers to mourners attending a funeral.
짐작하다 ➔ 예상하다 / 추측하다
Synonyms: 짐작하다 [jim-jak-ha-da] is synonymous with 'to expect' or 'to guess' (예상하다, 추측하다).
PART 2: Essential Grammar
N + -은/는커녕
Grammar: Used to emphasize that not only is the preceding noun impossible, but even a lesser thing is impossible. Translates to "let alone". (e.g., 아침밥은커녕 물도 못 마셨다 - I couldn't even drink water, let alone eat breakfast.)
V + -(으)ㄹ 만하다
Grammar: Indicates that an action is worth doing. Often used for recommendations. (e.g., 이 책은 읽어 볼 만해요 - This book is worth reading.)

Grammar: Attaches a condition to an action. Translates to "Do [A], but under the condition that [B]". (e.g., 식사를 하 매운 음식은 피하세요 - You may eat, but avoid spicy food.)

신조어 [sin-jo-eo] & 사투리(방언)
Society: 신조어 (Neologisms) are newly coined words representing new trends, which can sometimes cause a generation gap. 사투리/방언 (Dialects) are regional language variations differing from standard Korean (표준어).
방화 [bang-hwa] & 대피하다 [dae-pi-ha-da]
News terms: 방화 (Arson) is the crime of intentionally starting a fire. 대피하다 (Evacuate) means to escape to a safe place during emergencies.
